Winter Wallop Whacks Delaware
DelDOT road crews were out in force after the Winter Wallop settled over Delaware and the surrounding states, dumping
nearly a foot of snow in some areas. Crews cleared the major roadways first and then began working on
many of the side roads. DelDOT Photographer Tim O'Brien captured some pictures from this weather event.
