I-95 & Carr Road/Marsh Road Interchange Improvements

Project Limits

Improvements are proposed for the two signalized Marsh Road intersections with Carr Road and the I-95 southbound ramps and the two unsignalized Carr Road intersections and the I-95 northbound ramps.
